These terms cover this website and the form on it. They are deliberately short, because there is not much to cover yet: Tensovy has not launched, so nothing here sells you anything or gives you access to a product. When the product opens, a separate agreement will govern it and you will be asked to accept that before you use it.
Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and Tensovy, the project behind this site, based in India. A company is being registered; when it is, these terms will name it. Email hello@tensovy.com about anything on this page.
What this site is
A description of a product being built, and a form for telling us what you would want to train. Everything on it is informational. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, a contract, or a commitment to deliver a feature.
Roadmap and forward looking statements
Parts of this site describe work that is not finished, and they say so where that is the case. Plans change: features described as roadmap may ship differently, later, or not at all. Do not make a purchasing or engineering decision on the strength of something described here as planned.
The form
When you send us the form you are asking to be contacted, nothing more. You are not buying anything and no payment details are collected. Send us accurate information, because we use it to judge whether a custom model is a fit for your task, and do not submit anyone else's details as if they were your own.
What you may do with this content
Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. The text, design and code of this site belong to Tensovy; do not republish them as your own, and do not use the Tensovy name to suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, submit the form automatically or in bulk, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content. The form is rate limited and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, and we may block traffic that abuses it.
Third party links and services
Some pages link to and name other companies' tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Naming a tool is a statement about compatibility, not an endorsement or a partnership.
Nothing here is advice
The pages on this site describe how we think about training custom models. They are general information, not technical, legal, financial or professional advice, and they are not a recommendation to take any particular approach with your own data or infrastructure. Decisions you make about your systems remain yours.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is and as it is available. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be error free or uninterrupted, that the information on it is complete or current, or that anything described on it will suit your purpose. To the extent the law allows, all warranties and conditions that would otherwise be implied are excluded.
We may change or withdraw the site
We can change, suspend or take down any part of this site at any time, without notice and without being liable to you for it. We are under no obligation to keep any page, claim or roadmap item available.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on anything on it. That includes loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, and any indirect or consequential loss, whether or not we were told it might happen. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Privacy
What we collect through this site, why, and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy. It is short, and worth reading before you use the form.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
If part of these terms does not hold
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest still applies. If we do not enforce something straight away, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
The whole agreement
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole of what applies to your use of this website. They replace anything said elsewhere about it, and no statement on this site or in correspondence creates an obligation beyond them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Tensovy is based, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
