What we collect on this site, and why.

Last updated 4 September 2026

This is a pre launch website with one form on it. That is the whole of what we do with your information here, so this policy describes that specifically rather than in the abstract.

Who we are

Tensovy decides what is collected here and how it is used, which makes us the data controller for it. Tensovy is an independent project based in India; a company is being registered, and this page will name it once that is done. Email hello@tensovy.com about anything on this page and it reaches the people who can act on it.

What we collect

The form on our contact page saves your answers step by step, as you move through it, rather than only when you press send. So if you complete the first step and go no further, we still hold what you entered there. Across the whole form that is your name, email address, company or project, role, the task you described, what data you have, where the model needs to run and whether you have a cloud GPU account. We also record the page you submitted from, your browser's user agent string, and a salted hash of your IP address that we use only to limit abuse. We never store your raw IP address.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

To reply to you, to judge whether a custom model is a fit for your task, and to understand what people actually want to train while we are pre launch, which is what decides the order we build things in. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who ask to be contacted and in building the right product. Where consent is the right basis instead, such as for non essential cookies, we ask for it and you can withdraw it. We do not run a newsletter, we do not sell or share the list, and we do not use it for advertising or for automated decision making.

Cookies

Two cookies, both strictly necessary. Cloudflare Turnstile may set one to tell humans from bots on the form, and we set one to remember your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. Neither follows you to other sites.

Analytics and advertising

There is no analytics on this site today, and there are no advertising trackers at any point. If we add analytics, it will be off until you turn it on in the cookie banner, which you can reopen any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Your cookie choice

When you accept or reject in the banner we record the decision, when it was made, which version of this policy it applied to, the page you were on, your browser's user agent and a salted hash of your IP address. We keep that because data protection law requires us to be able to show that consent was given or refused, and it is kept as a history so a change of mind is visible rather than overwriting the past. Your choice stands for six months, then we ask again.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and by a rate limit. Cloudflare may process connection data to tell humans from bots; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for what that involves.

Who else can see it

Only the companies whose infrastructure this site runs on, and only because they run it: Supabase for the database, Cloudflare for spam protection, and our hosting provider for serving the pages. They process it on our instructions and for nothing else. Nobody else receives it, and we do not sell or share it.

Where it is stored, and where it goes

Submissions are stored in a Supabase Postgres database controlled by us. Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside the country you live in, including outside the EEA and the UK, under the transfer safeguards those providers offer. Access is limited to the people reading and answering requests.

How long we keep it

We keep things only as long as they are useful for the reasons above. Form submissions, complete or partial, are kept while we are considering your request and reviewed no later than twenty four months after we last heard from you, and deleted then unless there is a live reason to keep them. Consent records are kept for up to three years, because their whole purpose is proving what was agreed and when. Ask us sooner and we will delete either.

Your rights

Email hello@tensovy.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to our use of it, or get a copy in a portable format. We respond within one month, usually much sooner, and we do not ask why. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you think we have handled your information badly you can also complain to your national data protection authority, though we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

Children

This site is meant for people working in software and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page as the product takes shape, and the date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially affects the cookie categories or what we do with your information, the banner asks again rather than assuming your previous answer still stands.
